Classic
Catering will prepare and provide any items listed in our hall banquet menu for
off-site catering events. Within one week in advance of your function, menu
selections and all details of the event must be established with one of our
sales representatives. A firm guarantee of attendance must be confirmed within
7 days of the event, if it varies from the original attendance given to our
sales representative. The number of guests may increase (within reason) up to
72 hours before the function. Due to fluctuating food prices, Classic Catering
cannot guarantee final menu prices until 30 days prior to the event date.
The price of all entrees include disposable eating utensils,
disposable plates and napkins. If you wish additional disposables for items we
have not provided, there will be a small additional charge. We deliver all hot
food items in chaffing dishes. Any rental equipment will be picked up the next
day by our staff at no additional charge. The client is responsible for lost,
damaged or broken rental equipment or equipment furnished by Classic Catering.
We can
accommodate all china, linen, flatware and stemware needs. The price of these
items fluctuates depending on the number of items needed and variety of styles.
Please ask our sales representative for a quote on your specific needs. Any
lost, damaged or broken items will be charged to the client.
Classic
Catering has a minimum order of $300.00 to deliver foods and other related
items. There will be a nominal delivery charge dependant on distance from our
location. Within 5 miles of our location will be delivered at no charge. Please
ask our sales representative for a quote for locations beyond 5 miles.
Classic
Catering can offer you wait staff, bartenders, and chefs to serve our customers
for entertainment convenience. The rate for theses individuals is as follows:
Wait
staff $15 per hour
Bartenders $15 per hour
Chefs $25 per hour
All
rates are based on the time spent at your location until they return to Classic
Catering. A mileage charge may be added to any event more than 10 miles from
our location. Any serviced party will be charged 17% on all food and beverages
provided. When service staff is hired for your event, we require that Classic
Catering provide all foods and or beverages.
All
food and beverages belong to the client as it has been purchased and prepared
specifically for the event; all unused items are not returnable. If Classic
Catering staffs the event, our staff will package leftovers that are still
within the parameters set forth by the Milwaukee County Health Department. The
client will be required to sign a disclaimer waiving Classic Catering of all
responsibility of the quality or condition of leftovers once it has left our
care, furthermore waiving Classic Catering of any liability of food after it
has left our care.
A 25%
deposit is required to reserve a catering date. This deposit will be applied to
the final bill. In the event of cancellation, this amount will be forfeited.
Full
payment is due 7 days prior to your event. Direct billing arrangements can be
made with corporate clients with management approval. Tax-exempt status must be
established prior to the event.
